Recruiter job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait in the field. Al-Kuwait is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in the recruitment field, and have a strong understanding of job market trends and the ability to identify top talent. As Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions that match Al-Kuwait’s needs. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, as well as managing the onboarding process for new hires. Additional duties include creating job postings, handling outreach initiatives, conducting reference checks, and tracking employee performance over time. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 and the opportunity to work with a passionate and innovative team in Kuwait. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role as well.
