Job Description: Our client, a renowned food manufacturing company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, believes in efficient and cost-effective operations. They are in search of a strategic Supply Chain Manager to further enhance their sourcing and distribution prowess. Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficiency from raw material sourcing to final product distribution. • Build robust relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts that ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. • Develop and execute supply chain strategies in line with company objectives and market dynamics. • Monitor and manage inventory levels, implementing systems to reduce waste and enhance turnover. • Collaborate closely with sales and production teams, ensuring accurate demand forecasting. • Mentor and manage a team of procurement specialists, promoting professional growth and development. Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the food industry. • Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and contract management. • Strong understanding of inventory management practices and demand forecasting. • Proficiency in supply chain software and analytical tools. • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
