We support you to grow and learn every day, making sure that work brings purpose to your life, so that during your journey with us, you can continue to explore Accor's limitless possibilities.By joining an Accor brand, every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrow's hospitality.Do what you love; care for the world; dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Reporting to the Chief Concierge, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Assist the Chief Concierge in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followedProvides managerial support for concierge desk, in the daily operational duties for these areasConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceCommunicate through pre-shift logs, emails and departmental meetings all pertinent information for the respective shift and areas of operationTrain team members and fulfill training role.Manage any emergencies on the concierge desk and take necessary actionsFollow up all audit points with regards to LQA, JD Powers, etc..Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsQualifications:Passion for guest serviceExcellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsDegree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an assetFluency in EnglishMinimum of 1 year previous proven supervisory experienceMust have the ability to handle a multitude of tasks and Guest requestsKnowledge of Opera Property Management System an assetShould possess or seek certification in basic first aidStrong guest service orientation and training skills background requiredComputer proficiency in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
