The Training CellJunior Supervisor is responsible for the design and implementation ofcompetency tool sets that both identify training requirements and recordcompleted training. They will also have an in depth working knowledge of bothOn/Off aircraft and workshop competency profiles at all levels of seniority.The requirement ofthis role is to liaise and support maintenance personnel and managers at alllevels to navigate and succeed in utilising all available media and trainingroutes to be able to demonstrate compliance and competency, in particular an indepth knowledge of training tool sets and the lead stakeholders is essential forthis role.The post holder will supervise personnel who areundertaking a range of training activities in order to maintain competency andcurrency within the maintenance organisation.Updatingtraining materials to reflect changes to systems, developments and upgrades andto meet developing or changing requirements as directed by the Training Cell Senior Supervisor.Inconjunction with the training cell Senior Supervisor ensure that trainingmaterials conform to the appropriate configuration and standardsEstablishingand maintaining training schedules and delivery programmes to meet the needsand requirements as directed by the Training Cell Senior SupervisorSupportingthe development of training material via the t Training Cell Senior Supervisor forbespoke or new training requirements, either by outsourcing or producingtraining coursesDeliveringInduction Training to all employees in accordance with the induction plan. Otherdeliverables would include Continuation training, Manual Handling and Workingat HeightDeliveringSHE briefings in conjunction with the on-site SHE co-ordinatorCompletingtraining records to ensure competency and currency of maintenance personnel toprovide evidence to the compliant authorityLiaising with outside agencies to arrangetraining and refresher trainingRequirementsHNC or equivalent experienceRequires general productknowledge/competency within own technical/subject area and steadyknowledge of those elements in other areasAwareness of how the teamintegrates with others in order to achieve the overall objectives of thearea and demonstrates an understanding of the requirement for continuousimprovement and its applicationTraining qualification (train thetrainer) Company Industry Consulting Management Consulting Advisory Services Department / Functional Area Training Learning Keywords Training Cell Junior Supervisor Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
