Job DescriptionWe are looking for Manager facilities for our reputable client in Karachi.Responsibilities:Responsible for the Lead the project and overall efficient operation and all infrastructures, including, electrical, mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire and security alarm systems, Critical UPS & Precise Cooling System and all essential supporting equipmentResponsible for establishing programs for preventive maintenance, liaising with contractors and suppliers.Scheduled downtime when necessary for emergency repairs.Prepared weekly status reports regarding all ongoing projects.Daily/weekly and monthly site walks and reviews assets on daily basis (required as per the contractual agreement) with a report of performance on weekly/monthly for the stakeholders.Responsible for preparing detailed monthly reports on asset condition, facility inspection and their performance outcome as per the agreed SLA and KPIs of the contract.Developed request for proposals for high value, multi-year project and performed detailed bid analysis.Procurement of Monthly Cleaning & Hygiene Consumables, MEP Consumables & Spares for the Fixed Contract.Developed and maintained good working relationships with all stakeholders.Coordinate and mediate between the client and the local team on-site focusing on the process improvements, come up with recommendations for customer experience improvements.Responsible for the EHS operations and the safety of the work environment in the site.Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost center coding.Job SpecificationBachelors or Masters in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Masters in Business Administration.8 to 10 years Facility administration experienceExcellent communication, Interpersonal, leadership and team building skills.Job Rewards and BenefitsGratuity,Leaves,Life Insurance,Medical
