Responsibilities Formulating Production Program - Control/Planning Achieving Targets and Ensuring that Budgeting Guidelines are met Scheduling work throughout Plant/Site Managing General Multi Projects Working with Clients and Relationships Ordering of Raw Materials/Components for Plant Equipment and Labour Utilization Set Delivery Schedules Management of the Electrical Manufacturing and Installation Teams Adherence to Health and Safety Requirements Adherence to ISO Standards Adherence to any other instruction as given by the Electrical Contracts Manager Requirements National Technical Certificate 3 with Electrical Trade Test Wireman's License (Phase 3 essential) Minimum 3-5 years' supervisory and management experience in the automotive industry essential Knowledge of QC Plans, E-Plan Designs, and OHSA Act Own transport essential with valid driver's license Willing to travel and work away from home Proficiency in MS Office Benefits Salary: R450K/yr - R540K/yr, negotiable Training & Development Performance Bonas Health Insurance RPO Recruitment focuses on helping you reach your personal and professional goals by connecting you to your perfect career path.
