The Position We are seeking Trade Qualified, WA Licenced Plumbers looking to join the Delta Facilities Management team on a Full-Time basis. We are offering Permanent Ongoing works to Remote WA sites, on an even time 14&14 Days Only Roster. You’ll be joining a small but established maintenance team with positions commencing from March 2024. All roles will be FIFO from Perth Airport with immediate starts preferred. THE POSITION

• Reporting directly to Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential services in a complex environment
• Repair and maintain plumbing, washers, pipes, drains
• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers and water heaters, and fixtures such as sinks and toilets etc.
• Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks
• Prioritising urgent works, meeting rectification deadlines. Actively manage and meet response times
• Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice

THE PERSON

• Hold an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in Plumbing
• Current WA Plumbing Licence
• Minimum 3 years-experience in Domestic and Commercial Plumbing
• Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card & current Police Check
• Current WAH, CS, HRWL – EWP highly desirable
• Team player and able to work autonomously
• Previous FIFO or remote work experience highly regarded
• Ability to work remotely on a fly in, fly out basis with an ongoing, permanent roster
