An International Corporate Law Firm specializing in business law.

Office conveniently located in Toronto’s Financial District!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide legal administrative support to two Partners within busy firm;
- Prepare legal documents from written, oral and taped instructions and precedents;
- Draft cover letters and routine correspondence;
- Liaise information and instructions from clients to lawyers;
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel for lawyers;
- Assist with docketing and billing;
- Managing bring forward system and keeping lawyer apprised of matters in office/remote;
- Open / close / maintain legal files; and
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
- 4+ years of Corporate legal administrative experience working in a law firm;
- Diploma in Legal Administration from an accredited institution;
- Experience in legal billing and/or would be a big asset here!
- Understanding of Corporate legal terminology and applicable statutes;
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
