We are now looking to appoint a Solicitor/Senior Solicitor to join their resource management team. About the opportunity Working directly with partners who are exceptionally well-regarded operators in this space with a wealth of knowledge, this role seeks a high-performing solicitor or senior solicitor interested in elevating their career in resource management. This role is unique and will be working on projects across both public and private sectors. The work itself includes opinions, court pleadings, and appearances. You will not be lumped with low end transactional work, instead you will be advising on stimulating and complex matters that will keep you on your feet. Benefits and perks

About you You may be an RM specialist, or RM may make up part of your current role and you are looking to specialise. Training and mentorship for this role is ever present, however, having some exposure to RM is vital as the partners are looking for someone with genuine interest in this practice area. You will have excellent research and drafting skills with the confidence to prepare for litigation within the different Courts. Along with comfortability in managing client expectations, you will also be a clear communicator, both to clients and other team members.
