Title: Associate Director, Health Economics and Outcomes ResearchLocation: Canada – RemoteCompensation: CAD $130,000 - $140,000An independent Canadian consultancy specializing in epidemiology and health economics is expanding its quantitative evidence synthesis team, hiring an Associate Director of HE&OR. Dedicated to providing tailored solutions, the agency acts as a true partner for global pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.Responsibilities:Serving as a primary point of contact for clients.Acting as a project manager for the design and execution of Network Meta-Analyses (NME), Matching-Adjusted Indirect Comparisons (MAIC), Population Adjusted Indirect Comparisons, etc., informing global HTA submittals and more.Drafting protocols, technical reports, statistical analysis plans, slide decks, and more.Overseeing statisticians in the execution of quantitative evidence synthesis, feasibility assessments, etc.Implementation of systemic literature reviews, literature searches in varied databases. Mentoring junior staff and acting as a direct line manager as appropriate.Skills, Qualifications, & Education:PhD or MS/MPH in Statistics, Biostatistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, or related4+ years of professional experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO), pharmaceutical or biotechnology company, or related/equivalentExperience in the design and conducting of Network Meta Analyses (NMEs), Matching-Adjusted Indirect Comparisons (MAIC) and other indirect treatment comparisonsBenefits & Compensation:Base Salary of CAD $130,000-$140,000Fully remote (open to Canadian candidates only)Fitness & Wellness reimbursement packageExtended health benefits coverageHealth Spending AccountRetirement contributions (4% matching)Excellent vacation and sick leave policy
