Job Description
Supervision of Subordinates :- Organise and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the Production section activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
- Monitor material usage variance and minimize losses and waste.
- Distribute labours on production’s lines and the operating process.
- Follow up the working conditions (time – water - heat degree - Machines’ Speed).
- Follow all the Manufacturing in process steps.
- Handle production issues that disrupts the production process, reporting them to Production Head.
- Oversee installation of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain statistical and financial records.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout.
- Remove waste from the processes.
- Implement predetermined production plans through planning the required raw materials and preparing shifts schedules accordingly.
- Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Ensure that all activities are monitored, and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards.
- Develop and recommends improvements of facilities, machines, or process to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
Job Requirements
Academic and professional qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 2-4 years practical experience of working in the production process of the FMCG industry.
- Safety, Knowledge of own role & responsibilities
- FMCG operational knowledge (all processing)
- Checking resource requirements & materials
- Evaluating Refinery data
- Technical knowledge of the Refinery
- Assessing / Evaluating
