Job Description: A s a leader of CoreLogic’s Technology Group, you will be a key leader and driver in the development of people, team, process and technology to address operational optimization opportunities. You will lead the onshore and offshore teams and ensure delivery of committed enterprise projects timely and in budget. You will be leading multiple transformative Cloud ERP/application initiatives in a corporate environment that will deliver many benefits to our business teams. You will interact with executive leadership along with a variety of department heads to make business decisions to shape the enterprise financial technology that is sustainable. Importantly, you bring passion, leadership and teamwork every day. Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise financial IT support and engineering team onshore & offshore responsible for development, coding, testing and deployments
  • Maintain a positive, supportive, and motivating work environment that makes CoreLogic a great place to work
  • Recruit talent, groom, coach and mentor talent to build high performing team
  • Provide team members with performance feedback and encouragement that helps them grow, improve and advance
  • Lead critical enterprise Cloud application implementation projects adhering to the SDLC standards to foster a culture of strong engineer discipline
  • Evaluate current support model to develop plans for process improvements and automation while maintaining support levels
  • Track key metrics to drive improvements that positively impact an organization
  • Cultivate and maintain good relationships with adjacent IT teams and other teams within CoreLogic to meet expected delivery dates and service levels
  • Support the Finance/Accounting teams during month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process
  • Manage vendor relationships and deliveries
  • Establish and manage expenses to stay within annual budget
  • Oversee and assist with the work breakdown and estimation of the effort required for new initiatives
  • Ensure internal control compliance across finance systems/applications including access/change management to support the annual internal/external audits
  • Communicate regularly with executive and senior leadership on project status and risk/mitigation
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as needed
Job Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Financial System solutions/implementation experience
  • Solid understanding of financial processes and controls
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and engineering discipline
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud and Billing applications
  • Prior experience as a change agent with superb interpersonal sills with demonstrated success in managing through influence as well as a solid-line reporting relationship
  • Detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and able to work in an efficient, quick, and organized manner
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 5+ years of Financial System leadership
  • Solid understanding of financial processes and controls
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and engineering discipline
  • Strong project management skills
  • High P&L acumen for meeting financial commitments, delivering on time, and on budget
  • Demonstrated relationship building with business stakeholders at all levels
Annual Pay Range: 115,300 - 180,000 USD CoreLogic benefits information can be found here: .
