Job Description:

  • Provide technical support to customers during the design and integration of SkyeChip's NoC IP.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and challenges, and offer technical solutions and guidance.
  • Assist in the implementation, simulation, and validation of SkyeChip's NoC IP within customer designs.
  • Create and deliver technical training sessions and workshops for customers.
  • Develop and maintain reference designs and application notes to guide customers in the use of SkyeChip's solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, emerging technologies, and competitive products.
  • Participate in customer meetings, both remotely and on-site, to address technical inquiries and provide demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical support or applications engineering role, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of SoC design principles, NoC architectures, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in hardware description languages (Verilog, VHDL) and experience with simulation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and support as needed.
  • Familiarity with FPGA and ASIC design flows is a plus.
