- Compile and analyse data points and formulate holistic continuity and risk management model on all digital platforms and services.
- Develop and enhance operational risk management policies and procedures on platforms owned.
- Evaluate and assess new product builds and strategize approval pitch.
- Design and run risk assessments on existing, revised and new regulatory mandates and develop efficient and sustainable processes or controls and run meaningful test models.
- Where residual risks require mitigation, action plans should be developed to address the risk permanently where possible. Responsible to ensure action plans are appropriate, prioritized, and closed accordingly.
- Plan and manage risk programs across all digital pillars.
