Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process while ensuring compliance
- Understand business needs to support hiring
- Develop relationships with managers to assess recruitment needs
- Educate hiring teams on recruitment processes
- Provide innovative solutions to meet client needs
- Utilize various methods to identify and attract talent
- Attend industry events to network and stay updated
- Track recruitment activities and performance metrics
- Minimum 4 years experience in recruitment, preferably in engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Experience in Engineering & Construction environment desirable
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with recruitment tools and systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
