Job details

Job Description

  • Coordination with Customers, all internal teams to complete snags in the offices / homes of customers / projects and resolve all customer related maintenance issues.
  • Quality Assurance Quality control
  • Prepare/Verify BOQ/Estimates
  • Contractor Bill verification recording Joint measurements
  • Raising Material intends, receipt issues
  • Reconciliation of client supplied materials
  • Progress reviews, Time Cost Follow up
  • Co ordinate with other project departments
  • Follow all Electrical inspectorate rules, Acts Safety norms
  • Coordinate with Associations / FMS / Technical Teams
  • Handle all site related activities.
