Based in Jalandhar, Punjab, the company was founded in 1960 and has since been driving India's Sports Goods industry.About the roleWe are looking for a Senior Production Manager to lead our Rubber department. The roles and responsibilities will include:Leading the department's Production department, in coordination with Quality, Purchase, Dispatch and Maintenance departmentsLead the staff in the unit along with workers to achieve Production Capacity on a daily basisLook for ways to improve manufacturing ways by using tools of Lean Management and Six SigmaManage vendor relationshipsWork with R&D department to develop new rubber productsAbout youPrevious experience in a Rubber industry is necessaryAt least 8 years of experience in Manufacturing is requiredHave leadership qualitiesWork harder than the rest of the departmentKnowledge about Rubber compounding is a plusIf this sounds like you, then please apply today and we look forward to receiving your application PRB
