As a Visual Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and intuitive visual experiences for our AI and Quantum Products & Solutions, helping to translate complex concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with our audience.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including leadership team, AI engineers, quantum scientists, and product managers, to understand project requirements and objectives.Design visually stunning graphics, illustrations, product collaterals and multimedia content to support the communication of AI & Quantum Concepts, Products, and Solutions.Assist in creating user interfaces and user experience (UI/UX) designs for AI and quantum software applications, ensuring seamless navigation and intuitive interactions.Develop and maintain visual design standards and guidelines for consistency across all digital and print materials.Create detailed 3D Models of Quantum Hardware products, maintain a library of reusable 3D assets and templates to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency.Iterate on design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders and end-users to continuously improve the user experience.Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into our projects.Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or related field.Proven experience (5+ years) as a Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work across digital and print mediums.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, Blender or similar tools.Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.Experience designing for Enterprise products and platforms, with a focus on responsive design and accessibility standards.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Curiosity and a passion for learning about deep tech AI and Quantum Computing concepts at a high level.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while juggling multiple projects.Experience with Web Development (React Components, tailwind CSS, story books) is a plus.Please apply with your resume and portfolio to showcase your creativity and design expertise.Note: This role mandates consistent work from office, with limited grant of work from home.
