Zonal Head HR - Sales Channel (Insurance)

Our Client is a Life Insurance company with a pan India presence through multiple distribution channels which have been customized to address the specific insurance needs of diverse customer segments. Below are the primary responsibilities of the role.Role: Zonal Lead HR - SalesLocation: MumbaiResponsibilities: Manage the end to end employee life cycle for all the Sales Channels in the West Zone.Responsible for developing and executing a cost-effective Recruitment and manning strategy for all Sales channels and ensuring 95% manning capacity at all timesResponsible for employee Retention and Attrition Management. To conduct a RCSA and suggest appropriate mitigates. To ensure timely and correct implementation of new policies and procedures which are in line with the business goalsDevelop open and transparent communication channels in the zone and ensure translation of policies and procedures to the last levelTo travel periodically to all branches of West and ensure we work towards enabling SalesTo develop an effective MIS system and track documentation process in order to have a seamless process during the entire life cycle of an employee.To manage employee grievances in an effective and timely manner.To ensure error free record managementTo conduct Talent strength analysis across roles To map competition and have a database for all key rolesIdentify training needs from PMS for the region and zone and recommend the management different training program required.Ensure all engagement initiatives are well executed in partnership with HO team and engagement score of zones are well within the organizational score.Skills & Qualifications:MBA with a minimum of 12 years' experience of having managed multi location HR business partnering responsibility in a distribution led organization.Experience in Health Insurance and Life Insurance would be a plus.Speed and agilityAbility to multitaskStakeholder managementProblem solving skillsPlease apply to the role if you think you have the relevant skillset.
