This individual must be a talented and experienced senior-level digital designer who can bring a high level of creative aesthetic and advanced knowledge of Marketing and Branding communications to life. Working side by side with progressive clients, they deploy their creative capabilities in several disciplines, ranging from design to interactive and experiential communication to advertising. Practicing agile creative and production development, as well as radical collaboration both internally and with their clients, they create work that matters, allowing their clients to outperform their competitors and earn the trust and loyalty of their customers.Responsibilities:Partner with the Head of Creative and key players of the department to create innovative online advertisingContribute original ideas for ad campaignsBrainstorm copy ideas and possible angles for a client's ad materials.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Create structured work that clearly articulates a campaign ideaDesign & animate visually stunning and cutting-edge mobile advertising experiencesWork with Rich Media authoring tools to produce standards-compliant interactive adsTake high-level directions of clients' needs to produce engaging, interactive adsImprovise on RFP mocks with little to no creative assetsWork within our brand identity to create promotional elements and identitiesStay up to date with new innovations and industry trendsQualifications:5+ years of interactive design working experienceProficient in Photoshop and After EffectsExpert eye for typography, layout, and animationSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlinesMobile Rich Media (Celtra) or CTV Advertising experiencesUnderstanding of limitations and abilities of HTML/CSS/JavascriptSabio, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
