Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Amritsar. As a Guest Relations Executive at CK Hospitality, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our guests and providing exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
