Role: Associate Principal - Risk ManagementLocation: Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai Qualification: BE/MCA, Certification in Risk Management will be good to haveExperience: 15+ years overall with 8+ years in Risk management space Competency:Have knowledge and understanding of Risk Management methodologies Risk Governance Process, have exposure to relevant ISO standards/ Industry frameworks pertaining to Enterprise Risk Management. Experience in Delivery Management in IT service industry.Able to design and improve relevant process, governance framework in Risk management functions. Should be an able implementor of the policy and processes by designing appropriate training materials and working out methodology to impart training.Understands and strives for best governance practices in the space of risk management and compliance. Innovate methodology for effective reporting of risks and compliance related data to management to bring relevant eyeballs on to items of urgency and importance. Imbibe risk culture of the organisation and percolate it to all levels of organization. Use various tools and forums for effective dissemination of risk culture into organization. Should be passionate in driving the risk management culture into all levels of organization.Understand functions of different units of organization - Delivery and Business Enabling units so that relevant advice on risk management pertaining to that function can be provided. Should be able to articulate effectively how risk management is helping the functions to improve their operations and appropriately covering the risks by effectively identifying, mitigating, and monitoring them.Interface/collaborate with industry peers to capitalize the connect for mutual benefit.Should be able to lead and collaborate with relevant stakeholder to help address, contain, and resolve issues with a problem-solving attitude.Able to work and collaborate with different business functions, navigate through their business process, and function as effective and efficient advisor on risk management, with Consultative bent of mind. Excellent in business communication - should have ability to articulate their thoughts and exchange information, ideas or views in order to uphold the organization's objectives.Solution Orientation- Should persevere to find resolution to fix work related problem/s or eliminate a problem from the source by being resourceful.
