Having recently launched our Hockey collection in the UK market, we believe we have a long way to go!WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for graphic design and 3D work. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital, 3D and print forms.Responsibilities:Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategise with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materialsTranslate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identityDevelop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layoutWork on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goalsObtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriatelyWork independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projectsExamine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilitiesUpdate and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and videoPreferred skills and qualifications:Understanding of professional graphic designKnowledge of 3D software like Blender, 3DX, and Auto CADBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related disciplineKnowledge of Social Media, Photoshoot and CataloguesPhotography experience and proficiency with photo-editing softwareExperience in the sports industry is a plusSalary: Industry Standard(Negotiable) PRB
