Tech is preferred)Kindly note:Notice period max 30 days not lesser than that, if we get Immediate or 15 days it will be well and good.Education must 10+12+any BE/B.TECH Degree/ Master Degree (optional) total should be 15+ years education. If it is non engineer graduate work experience should be 2+ years must.Job Description -Education: BE is preferred. More than 3 years of relevant IT experience.Candidates should be able to work on Desktops/ Laptops, servers and networksShould be experienced in day to day IT support with respect to managing endpoints - desktops, laptops, IP Phones.Should have Good knowledge in implementation & administration of servers.Knowledge on Active Directory Services, DHCP & DNS.Basic administration of LAN infrastructure (switches/firewall/ routers). Attend to service requests and incidents, Analyze the root cause and provide solutions to meet the defined SLA target and avoid repeated incidents.Handle system and network related issues and handle 1st & 2nd level IT incidents and IT service requests.
