Location: Mumbai (Onsite)ob DescriptionAs a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the relationships with our key ecommerce clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business goals and challenges, and providing them with effective digital marketing solutions. You will also coordinate and collaborate with the internal teams, such as creative, technical, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the deliverables to client, as per their contract.You have a strong analytic, quantitative, and technical aptitude with great attention to detail.If you are a growth-oriented leader with a passion for user experience and a deep understanding of the Indian e-commerce landscape, we want you on our team!Responsibilities:Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key ecommerce clients and ensure their satisfaction and retention.Understand the client's business objectives, needs, and expectations, and align them with our digital marketing services and capabilities.Plan budget and run campaigns for the e-commerce clients on Amazon.Meeting targets for the sales and profitability on Amazon and other marketplaces that are ideal for the categoryCreating and optimising all types of Sponsored CampaignsPlan, and monitor performance and KPIs for the digital marketing campaigns for the clients, such as SEM, email marketing, social media marketing.Deliver on KPIs on Revenue and Internal and external Customer SatisfactionPrepare short term, mid- and long-term plans for meeting the deliverables of the Growth marketing solution and communicate plans to clientMeasure and report on the performance and results of the campaigns, using toolsIdentify and pursue new opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewing the contracts with the existing clients.Communicate and coordinate with the internal teams, such as, Creative, technical to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the projects.Resolve any issues or problems that arise during the project lifecycle and provide timely and professional feedback to the clients.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ecommerce and digital marketing.Establish long-term vision to build best in class brand on digital platforms and increase revenue with focus on customer value delivery.Job Requirements:Proven experience as a E-commerce Manager or a similar role in a digital marketing agency or an ecommerce companySolid knowledge and understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously and meet deadlinesMaster's degree in marketing, business, with relevant Certifications from Hubspot, Google, Amazon, Amazon DSP, Meta.
