Experience Range: 6 to 12 yearsWork location : Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai,Bengaluru & CoimbatoreJob DescriptionAs a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet our organization's unique business needs.This is a technical role that requires expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, and integration.Enterprise/large Service Management implementation experienceServiceNow Platform Expertise ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, database structure, and core functionalities.Configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management and Request Management.Development & Reporting : Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements, ServiceNow development tools like Studio, Flow Designer, Scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST API integration experience and AngularJS; Write, debug, and maintain scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.) in ServiceNowDesigning and implementing sophisticated workflows and automation within ServiceNow to streamline ITSM processesPrimary SkillsServiceNow ITSM ServiceNow Migration/IntegrationScripting experience - JavaScript/Client Script/Server ScriptSecondary SkillsRecord ProceduresITIL Framework & WorkflowCSA OR CAD Certifications in ServiceNow (Good to have) PRB
