We value creativity and open idea sharing. You will be responsible for the design of simple, intuitive UI solutions that drive adoption for complex enterprise business planning solutions.You should exhibit user empathy, big picture focus, innovative thinking and problem solving skills. What you'll do for us…Research, prototype and develop consistent, recognizable, familiar, and intuitive experienceCollaborate with critical stakeholders to deliver extraordinary user experiencesConceptualize the big picture and help design developmentDevelop UI assets, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for new interfaces and featuresUtilize a variety of perspectives: business, experience, technology, user research, etc.Continuously look for opportunities to improve the user experience and boost user productivityStrong communication and active listening skillsMentor new designers What you'll have…Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field2+ years of relevant experience in product designWork closely with product managers and developers to bring your design to life that will be appreciated by the end usersPlatform-centric experience designing and thinking in design systems, not just single-purpose applicationsExperience in developing software that has global reach and designed for users of multiple languages and abilitiesExpert knowledge of current design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop along with an ability to quickly learn new tools as they emergePortfolio showcasing your approach to research, design, and collaborative conclusions for enterprise software or applicationsPassion for design and a strong command of interaction and visual design capabilitiesStrong design sensibility, attention to detail and an understanding of CSS/CSS3What we'll do for you…Flexibility: Work from home.
