Chrisaldo Goldiloy™ is on the lookout for the one who sleeps, dreams & lives in an animated world.The applicant must:Be an After Effects proKnow how to use Illustrator, Photoshop & Premiere ProUnderstand animation/motion and design principlesBe experienced in co-ordinating with various members of the teamBe experienced in the field of motion graphics & 2D animationHave a bachelor's degree in any related fieldDuties & responsibilities:Developing original artworks, concepts, logo animations, motion packages, and any other motion graphic elements for any mediumDeveloping visual guidelines (motion), brand identities (motion), motion style guides and brand booksDetermine how best to represent a concept visually and in motionDevelop/determine the overall motion style and look of a any film/campaignLiaising with copywriters, clients, account managers and other team membersInterpreting a briefAdhering to a respective brand's guidelinesWorking/leading other team members as and when necessaryTraining other team members in the respective disciplineCompleting all necessary trainings as per set timelines as well as learning new softwares/applications as and when required by Chrisaldo GoldiloyCollaborating with other team members and designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experienceAdhering to the highest standards of ethics and reporting any unethical practices if noticed within the company in a timely and professional mannerIdeating, planning and executing motion design projects including and not limited to video editing, motion graphics design, & 2D animationKeeping track of new trends, technologies and softwares in the visual communication design industryCurating videos, photos, motion templates, sound effects and other visual assets from stock video/photo/music sitesEditing videosEnsuring an expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite and common motion graphics design softwareCreating motion design templatesIdeating, planning and executing motion designs for UI/UX projectsDeveloping and creating storyboardsThinking creatively and develop new motion design conceptsPreparing rough drafts and presenting ideasAmending final videos to clients comments and gain full approval PRB
