Production Planning Manager

Job DescriptionJob Description for SAP-PP GENERAL Should have worked in a Manufacturing domain for 2 years for any business function Should have SAP functional experience of atleast 6-8 years for a senior resource and 3-5 years for a junior resource Should have 2-4 end to end implementation experience in Manufacturing domain Should have experience of 2-3 support / roll-out / Upgrade / Migration projects (definitely for Senior or Lead resources) Experience in S4HANA implementation, Migration, upgrade would be preferable Experience in International clients is preferable Participate in the solutioning, design, build, testing, data migration, cutover of SAP implementations and troubleshooting & support. Responsible for recommending solutions considering the scope of client requirements, create proof of concepts for the new requirements and showcase it to Customer. to translate business requirements into Solutions Builds strong working relationship with external stakeholders and direct interaction with customers and should be able to convince / negotiate in case of conflicts Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English with capability to drive requirement gathering workshops. Should be aware of the ASAP implementation methodology and creating documentations such as BPD, KDS, FS, Test scripts, UAT, sign off Should be aware of the SAP Support process, documentations such as Scoping, UAT, sign off, Ticketing structure Education Engineering or PG frm any discipline SAP Certification is preferable PP Skills ? Experience in SAP PP/ QM modules with strong understanding of data fields and design. Implement/Rollout & Support experience for SAP PP module including PP Customization activities Exhibit good understanding on SAP PP Master data management like Production Order, Process Order & Product Cost Collector, Material Master etc Expert knowledge in PP activities like Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for various business requirements Expert understanding in PP Shop Floor Control activities including the Period End Closing activities like Production/Process Order Management, Declaration of Production, Inventory write-off/Inventory write-back based on Physical Inventory adjustments Exhibit deep knowledge in Plant level customizations & controls in SAP PP Module Be an Expert in PP Capacity Planning & Leveling activities Demonstrate expert knowledge on Output/Printing Forms for PP activities Having an good exposure to PP Repetitive MMandatory SkillsSAP PPSkills to be evaluated onSAP PPYears Of Experience5.5 to 9.5 Years PRB
