Performs quarterly and year-end closing of books of accounts and prepares appropriate financial statements, Reviews and interprets financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations,Preparation of Financials as per Statutory IND AS, SEBI requirements,In charge of inter-company transactions, reconciliation, PO and Invoice Processing,Working capital management,Budget - Preparation of management presentations, monthly forecast, Annual Budgets and monitoring the same,Tax and regulatory compliance,Contracts management including monitoring of BGs, Insurance policies, etc.,Review of the P&L and balance sheet in order to ensure accuracy and completeness,Preparation of MIS for Higher Management.
