Activation Marketing

Position OverviewThe successful candidate will be action-oriented, have strong business acumen, experience in dynamic environments, the ability to work through ambiguity and an understanding of OmniActive's mission and values. Experience in the dietary supplement industry or related science would be a plus. This position reports to the Senior Director, Branding & Activation Marketing.Key AccountabilitiesPlan and manage budget for marketing activities in the regionHelp build the regional marketing plan to bridge the category strategy and sales strategy in close collaboration with the regional sales teamsOversee and drive regional customization and compliance of marketing briefs and storiesReview communication collaterals, advertising & promotion campaigns to ensure effectiveness and adherence for regional needs as directed by category/brand positioning and regulatory complianceOrganize OmniActive presence in trade shows and events in Europe and AMEA to showcase products and generate leads.Manage local vendors for market intelligence, promotional and marketing collateralEvaluate the effectiveness of regional promotion and advertising programs and recommend changes or improvementsConceptualize and Design periodic trainings and meetings with sales on marketing strategy and initiativesShare customer feedback / insights received with the category teamsAdministrative/coordination of general tasks and travel arrangements affiliated with Activation MarketingSkills & CompetenciesBachelor's Degree2-4 years of relevant experienceBusiness Acumen and Analytic Abilityproficiency with all Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook as well as Adobe PDF editor (Canva is preferred)with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) toolsUnderstanding of the nutritional supplement industry is preferredExcellent Communication & Presentation skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational proficiencyPhysical & Environmental Job Demands:This position is sedentary but will include packaging materials and light liftingjob may require repetitive typing/mouse usagetravel may be requiredAbout the CompanyOmniActive has a robust portfolio of scientifically validated, IP-protected, branded Specialty Actives as well as an extensive line of natural Botanical Actives for all formulation needs.
