TL Edtech has an exclusive partnership with 40 of India's largest Universities across 16 Indian states, trains 3.5 Lakh students on its platform through 9 Indian languages, works with 4500 corporates in their upskilling/skilling initiatives, and manages over 200 degree, diploma, certificate programs.Role and Responsibilities:Handling student queries through Mails / Calls and resolving the same within the specified TAT.Examinations, Application support and student support services .Conduct regular check-ins with participants assess their progress, address concerns and provide encouragement.Resolving assigned student tickets within the specified TAT.Coordinating with faculty for conducting Live sessions.Coordinating efficiently with the Institute Stakeholders.Maintaining all data and reports as specified.Behavioural skills: Communication skills/ team leadingHighly self-motivated, dynamic and impressive personality.Punctuality, Integrity and commitment to work on high order.Should be a good team player.Innovative approach.Should be willing to take up challenge.Functional/Technical skills:Strong academic backgroundExcellent communication skills - written and oralShould have advanced computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel.
