This role requires best practice knowledge for understanding functional business processes, identifying areas for optimisation, and using Salesforce technologies to provide positive business outcomes.The role is a permanent position based out of our Cochin/Hyderabad Office.RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborating with a talented team of passionate Salesforce, data, QA, Heroku, and UI/UX experts and partner closely with the world's leading automotive manufacturers on a wide variety of innovative projects.Working directly with senior level stakeholders/executives to understand, design, and create Salesforce solutions for high profile clients.Leading workshops and facilitating requirement gathering sessions to determine client needs, manage conflicting business priorities, understand processes, and document user stories.Liaising with stakeholders and the technical team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer's processes and how to optimise them, and then working with the technical team to translate this information into technical requirements. Ensuring that Salesforce solutions enable the business to achieve its objectives, improve user experience, and drive system adoption.Experience designing, configuring, and recommending solutions that leverage declarative features of the Salesforce platform to solve complex business requirements.Ownership of the enhancement backlog, partnering with the PM and stakeholders to jointly prioritize initiatives.Complete gap analysis for as-is and to-be processes; translating into functional and technical specifications.Leading change management initiatives related to new feature releases including documentation and training. Understanding of how functional requirements and technical solutions such as upstream /downstream integrations impact the overall solutionExperience working with system integrator and general consultancy ecosystemEngage and orchestrate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the organisation to contribute to cross team service solution proposals, which may include components of functional and technical scope and architecture, change management and training, integration, and user experience, and gain consensus on an acceptable proposal across the internal teams.Serve as a customer advocate in driving industry best practices and the evolution of Salesforce product and platform functionality, courses and administrative services integral to the customer's success.Contribute thought leadership and best practices, both internally and externally, around business transformation and delivery methodology.Contribute to enhance our delivery methodology and services practiceStay current with Salesforce releases and leverage updates applicable to organisational requirements.YOUR IMPACT (You will...)Enjoy understanding and analysing problems until you find the right solution.Have experience building mutually beneficial relationships, both with your teammates and customers.Thrive when working on challenging projects and stepping outside your comfort zone.Are a strong believer in continuous improvement and never miss an opportunity to sharpen your knowledge of customer industries and the Salesforce platform.Enjoy working in fast-paced, agile environments.Feel confident raising issues and risks and don't shy away from making recommendations, even when it's a difficult message to communicate.Have deep knowledge of relevant technologies, emerging business/ industry trends, competitive technical direction and product direction.Are a subject matter expert in business processes, facilitating user workshops, business models, or industries derived from experience in delivery and stakeholder roles.Determine methodologies, processes, and procedures on new assignments based on general direction from senior management.Enjoy getting immersed in complex issues and projects, exercising discretion and latitude in reaching project goals. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organisation. WE'RE EXCITED IF YOU HAVE 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.At least 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce.Familiarity with agile methodologies.Strong balance of collaborative and self-starter mentality; able to own your own tasks and schedule while also working well within the teamSuccessful track record of delivering functional expertise and solutions as a vendor into a variety of industries and experience in helping with requirements gathering, scoping, and effort estimation exercise and delivery until go-liveDemonstrated technical and/or functional aptitude, and ability to engage with SMEs throughout the project lifecycleExtremely strong written and verbal communication skills, experience presenting to project stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning and leading discussions such as business processes and user storiesEnjoy being the "Trusted Advisor". Sharing knowledge and experience to help the customer and team members achieve and exceed their goals.Passion for consulting and learning.
