Market Research Analyst:Conduct research using both systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques and industry standard primary research methods.Continuously monitor the market and provide insightful quantitative and strategic analysis to our clients through various channels like insights, job boards etc.Required to decipher research requests, scope and estimate the effort involved and map out the delivery plan.Analyse the research findings, draw inferences and conclusions in response to the research query.Report the findings in the form of a structured framework.Partner with talent team for all new engagements and be the provide consulting. Good understanding of Talent market and trends.Qualifications:5+ years' experience in market research.Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.Strong communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical and critical thinking.
