Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing General Compliance, Warehouse Compliance, FDA, FCC, and ensuring Overall Compliance in all aspects of our operations.Key Responsibilities:General Compliance:Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide compliance policies and procedures.Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.Provide guidance to internal teams on compliance matters.Warehouse Compliance:Manage and enforce compliance standards within warehouse operations.Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize compliance processes.Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for warehouse-related compliance.FDA Compliance:Stay abreast of FDA regulations and updates relevant to the industry.Design and execute strategies to maintain FDA compliance across all company activities.Interface with regulatory agencies and manage FDA inspections.FCC Compliance:Monitor and ensure compliance with FCC regulations in all communications and broadcasting activities.Collaborate with technology teams to address FCC compliance in product development.Overall Compliance Oversight:Provide guidance to departments on compliance matters.Respond to and address compliance-related inquiries and concerns.Conduct training sessions to enhance awareness of compliance requirements.Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years of relevant compliance experience.In-depth knowledge of FDA, FCC, and other relevant regulations.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Proven track record of successful compliance program management.About Truemeds: Our vision is to make healthcare affordable and accessible to all.
