Our events are designed to showcase the creativity and technical prowess of our participants while pushing the boundaries of what is possible with AI.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Manager for AI Hackathons who will be responsible for conceptualizing and organizing cutting-edge AI hackathons. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience participating in AI hackathons and a deep understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications. This role involves driving innovation and ensuring each event is engaging, challenging, and rewarding for participants.Key Responsibilities:Develop innovative and challenging concepts for AI hackathons that engage a diverse community of AI professionals and enthusiasts.Plan and execute all stages of hackathon events, from initial concept through to final presentations and award ceremonies.Collaborate with industry experts and academic institutions to ensure that hackathon challenges are relevant and incorporate the latest AI research and technologies.Engage with sponsors and partners to enhance the reach and impact of hackathon events.Manage the logistics of hackathon events, including platform selection, participant registration, and coordination of judges and mentors.Monitor hackathon progress and provide support to participants to ensure a fair and productive competition environment.Analyze feedback from participants and sponsors to continually improve the hackathon experience.Stay updated with AI and machine learning advancements to ensure the hackathons remain at the technological forefront.Qualifications:5+ Years of Experience in ML,AI.Proven track record of participating in AI hackathons with notable achievements.Strong foundational knowledge in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies.Experience in organizing or leading technical events, workshops, or competitions.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving in the AI space. Preferred Skills:Experience with digital event platforms and virtual collaboration tools.Background in AI research or industry applications.Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role within the tech event space.
