Liaise with counterparts / stakeholders in other departments and regions, if needed, for consistency in content.to Orange brand guidelines for all internal/external communication2. Management of People engagement initiatives, projects & transformationReward & Recognition programs at India MSC including award distribution ceremony (Achiever's connect).global visits and supporting logistics in collaboration and manage festival and cultural celebrationsand manage initiatives related to Diversity & InclusionOrange Anniversary celebrations3. Support People Connect Initiativesand maintaining forums/platforms for leadership engagement and communication with employees, including town halls and focused group discussionsproject management of ongoing One MSC Project which includes collaboration with project teams and other concerned stakeholders. Integrate and develop presentation, coordinating input when multiple stakeholders are involvedcontent for the leadership team to engage stakeholders (other MSCs, & regions ) and employees - and keep them abreast with achievements and developmentswith experts to manage India MSC plazza pages and developing other plazza pages such as Learning from Failure, Ways of workingevaluating, onboarding and reviewing of vendors, working on both long term and project-based modelsverbal & written communication skills are essentialcontent writing, Digital writing, proof-reading and editingPresentation & Ms Excel skillsOrganizational & Interpersonal Skillsattention to detail & Good Negotiation Skillsto maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning financial and Business informationpossess positive attitude, be energetic & self-motivatedto manage multiple tasks while setting appropriate priorities and responding to changesto adapt to a crisis environment and good management skillsstakeholder managementor equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, public relations or relevant field.years experience in Corporate Communications, operational management of business function at Country/Regional level.
