If you are someone who likes interacting with people and is blessed with amazing convincing skills, this is the perfect job for you!Key responsibilities:Contact potential or existing customers over the phone to present our products, address their doubts and questions, and drive conversionsKeep records of calls and sales and note useful information/feedback to increase conversion efficiency and improve our productsUnderstand users' pain points and help them understand why they should choose InternshalaParticipate in team meetings, discuss user feedback with the team, and brainstorm ideas for optimizing the product and servicesWho are we looking for?Someone who:-has previous experience in sales in the recruitment industry is advantageous.has excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.is a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented individual.has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
