HR Business Partner with experience building and leading "entire hire to retire" processes. Must establish and maintain a people centric culture and possess maturity to interact and influence a strong executive team and key stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesServes as a business partner/advisor to the business stakeholders regarding organizational and key management directives. Maintains strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve Company goals and objectives.Ensures compliance with laws and regulations relevant to HR practices, policies, and programs. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.Ensures recruiting and retention strategies meet the human capital needs of the company; develops terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers. This would require collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Lead.Maintains a robust talent management process; provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.Maintains a robust performance management process that fosters a culture of high performance, coaching and candid feedback; provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.Champions diversity efforts across the Company.Drives talent & employee engagement initiatives as per business requirements. Identify the process gaps or best practices to be incorporated in business partnering and operations side. Work closely with HR Leadership to understand the business priorities and act accordingly. Comply with laid down SLAs, TATs, etc., to offer seamless employee experience. Work as a sounding board and guiding hand in all matters of HR, organization development and policy amendment. QualificationsStrong business acumen (FinTech experience preferred).Demonstrated change management and project management capabilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven stakeholder management and ability to develop strong working relationships across the Company. Influence and Negotiation, ability to read a situation and act in a direct, forceful yet diplomatic manner to develop trust and openness of business stakeholders to consider alternatives. Familiarity with data collection methods, both quantitative and qualitative; ability to set up and track relevant HR metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Minimum of 8 years of experience as a HR Business Parter.Deep knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.MBA in Human Resources (HR) required.
