As a Java Faculty member, you will play a pivotal role in our educational initiatives within Colleges and Universities. Your responsibilities will encompass delivering high-quality Java courses and training sessions, equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the dynamic world of software developmentJob Description:The role involves instructing IT courses for Year-1 to Year-4 students in the Software Engineering program, adhering to the established NIIT curriculum and methodology. Ensuring the satisfaction of all stakeholders including the university, students, and NIIT is essential. Additionally, active involvement in curriculum design, customer relationship management, and student support are key aspects of the position.Responsibilities and Duties:Conducting software training at various NIC locations or any other NIIT cooperationPrepare well for technical curriculum based on the requirement in alignment with NIIT Delivery methodologiesAdherence to the delivery plan in order to achieve performance-driven targetsActively contribute in preparing or upgrading existing coursesPrepare or upgrade existing learning resources such as software problem statements, a question bankGuiding students to uplift performance level and win programming contestActively involved in various team initiatives directed toward quality improvementsIndividual contributor and inclusive team playerCollaborate and have a good relationship with the Client and the studentsMandatory SkillsPrograming Language - Java, (Core+Advance), C, C++,Framework - Hibernate, SpringWeb Technology - HTML, Servlet, JSPDatabase - Oracle / Mysql / any otherNIIT will provide visas, tickets, and accommodation.
