Principal Security Architect - IDAM COE (Center of Excellence Solutions global Lead)We are looking for candidates who are accountable, passionate, proactive, results oriented, and adaptable. We are looking for candidates who want to drive a Cybersecurity set of offerings and assist with leading Tech Mahindra's cyber portfolio and drive the development of next-generation service offerings and partnerships. Each Initiative, engagement represents a new challenge that will give you exposure to new clients, business issues, technologies, and people and will involve a range of responsibilities to include:Create cybersecurity innovations/technical solutions/IPs / Services that address market/customer needs/opportunities or problemsCreate and deliver white papers, presentations and demos in support of client or prospective client meetings, industry events, conferences, etc.Support CoE infrastructure/process/knowledge managementKnowledge of relevant OEM solutions and tools and Joint IP/solution development with OEM Partners. Create Best practices for solutioning, documentation and delivery/presales engagements.Lead the Cybersecurity offerings and lead the effort to become Consulting partners in Security Engineering.Respond to RFPs and Opportunities for new, next gen solutions and Own Build Solution IPs.Be Customer facing and lead solution proposal defense. There are 1 Positions for IDAM COEs Lead:IDAM: Good understanding of SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, CIAM etc. and excellent knowledge/Certifications of the relevant OEMS. Qualifications:Understands general IT and security controls development, compliance readiness, and technical security architecture/ design/ development/ implementation.Recognized security professional certification (CISSP, CEH, CCSP, GSEC, GIAC, etc.) (preferred)Interest in being involved internally and growing a business (entrepreneurial spirit)Ability to travel (up to 30%) and to work independentlyAbility to assist with Business Development / Sales opportunities related to CybersecurityExperience working in an Agile environment.Excellent leadership, peer management, and communication skillsManagement consulting experience (preferred)Bachelor's degreeExperience: 15 to 20 Years+Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, HYDInterested candidate please share resume to ls00891270@techmahindra.com PRB
