Job Description: Industry research analyst / Market Analysis - Project Manager Roles & Responsibilities In the Strategic Solutioning & Transformation Unit's Multi Tower Offering Development (MTO) function, a key role awaits an adept professional to serve as the Market Research and Sales Enablement Strategist. This multifaceted position plays a crucial role not only in enhancing our sales enablement capabilities but also in contributing a comprehensive market research perspective to enrich the business value of our multi-tower solution offerings. Primary duties encompass, yet are not confined to:Collaborate closely with the offering development squad in SST and respective service lines to comprehend our capabilities and offerings.Conduct thorough market research using various channels to formulate a perspective on emerging trends, market needs, and competition to guide new offering development.Develop business cases and validations for new offerings based on market trends, incorporating Outside-In and Inside-Out views.Partner with marketing teams to translate technical features into compelling business value propositions.Formulate and execute a holistic sales enablement strategy aligned with organizational goals.Craft engaging and informative sales collateral, presentations, and other materials that effectively communicate the value of our services.Ensure sales teams have access to updated and relevant content to bolster their efforts.Design and implement training programs for sales teams to enhance their understanding of technical consulting solutions.Conduct workshops and webinars to disseminate product knowledge, industry trends, and effective sales techniques.Collaborate with service lines, marketing, and sales teams to gather feedback, fostering continuous improvement of sales enablement materials and programs.Establish metrics and KPIs to gauge the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.Regularly evaluate the impact of training programs on sales performance and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancement.Support TML generation activities for NBD accounts.Contribute to the creation of outreach campaigns to drive NBD. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably with a master's in business or marketing. In-depth understanding of market research tools, techniques, and technical consulting solutions, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Collaborative work experience in a cross-functional environment, with a preference for those familiar with multiple service lines within TechM. 8-12 years of experience in market research and sales enablement or a related role within the IT consulting industry (flexible for internal candidates). Willingness to undertake various tasks as the unit evolves, in addition to those specified. PRB
