Job DescriptionJob ResponsibilitiesExploring and developing new business opportunities in overseas marketResearch and explore potential global market for Textile Products and prepare timely report on geographical location basisStudy and monitor the current global market for Home Textile Products and prepare report on product and region basis and identify the untapped potential marketAnalyze the global market trends for Textile Products, take the necessary strategic decision to coupe up with global market trendGenerate lead and export salesIdentify, communicate and coordinate with overseas buyers and build business relationship with themTo provide global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the managementPrepare quotation and pricing for overseas buyersNegotiate with international buyer and convince & persuade them to execute salesEvaluating and selecting freight forwardersTake care of export documentations, liaison with various government and non government department like excise, export promotion bureau, shipping company etc.Arranges shipping details such as export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping and routing of productExpedites export arrangements and maintains current information on export tariffs, licenses and restrictions.Generate all required export documentation; i.e. airway bills, bill of lading, invoices, packing lists and letters of credit when neededCoordinate export shipments from origin until final destinationExecute complete export cycle.Job SpecificationMust Have: Fluent in English languageAbility to open markets for exportMust have strong freight forwarding experience.Clear understanding and working knowledge of export processes
