Join us on this epic journey!ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Director of Quality Assurance at Gisou you will be responsible for the continuous improvement, standardization, and professionalization of our quality systems and processes.This includes, but is not limited to:• Developing and implementing a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for the supply chain, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the entire supply chain lifecycle.• Designing and overseeing the implementation of robust quality control processes,including the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure andimprove overall quality.• Driving continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and reliability.• Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet quality standards and promoting a culture of quality within the supply chain network.• Collaborating with the product development team to integrate quality requirements into new product launches and design changes.• Conducting risk assessments to identify potential quality issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions.WE ARE LOOKING FOR• Proven experience in a leadership role within quality assurance, preferably in a supply chain environment.• Strong understanding of quality management systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.• Demonstrated ability to lead and show impact in a fast moving high growth environment• Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.WHAT WE OFFERThe opportunity to be part of an ambitious, fun and dynamic team, with a pleasant informal and international working atmosphere and regular team activities and drinks.
