We're on the lookout for an accomplished specialist in Instrumentation and Control (I&C) with a proven history of effectively managing substantial and complex technical projects. Reporting directly to the Manager of Instrumentation, you will operate in a diverse cross-platform setting, encompassing electrical, mechanical, optical, fluidics, power, and environmental disciplines. What you will be doing:Serving as the primary technical authority and reference for projects, including estimating project scope, timelines, and budgets.Effectively managing projects within established timelines and budgets, assessing and mitigating project risks. Supervising technical resources to ensure completion of project scope. Providing comprehensive reports on project status, metrics (KPIs), and issues. Mentoring junior engineers in technical aspects. Supporting the development and submission of customer and internal proposals. Peer-reviewing instrumentation system designs and designing systems adhering to international standards. Reviewing design documentation, supporting production assembly and testing, and conducting internal/site commissioning globally. Performing calibration of instrumentation components, troubleshooting complex systems, and evaluating future instrumentation technology and architectures.Who are we looking for:You have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in most of the following areas:Analog and digital I/OAC & DC relaysTemperature, pressure, strain, speed and flow measurement techniquesMeasurement uncertainty (error) calculationsSensors, transducers, resolvers, thermocouples, RVDTs, Etc.Low voltage AC & DC power distributionProduct development processes and proceduresProduct design & certification according to international standards - CSA, UL, TUV, CE, GOST, GB, RoHS, WEEE, etc.Experience in generating and executing product test procedures.Experience with hands-on electro-mechanical assembly, test, and verificationExperience in product design for test, manufacturability, and reliabilityExperience using AutoCAD or other 2D/3D CAD tools.What'll help you succeed?Professional Engineering (P.
