We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Soft Service Supervisor at **Place Vendôme Qatar**. As a Soft Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of soft services, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for shoppers and tenants.

**Responsibilities**:

**Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and lead a team of soft service staff, including janitorial & housekeeping

- Provide training and guidance to ensure team members adhere to high standards of service.

**Facility Maintenance**:

- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance.

- Coordinate maintenance activities and promptly address any issues or repairs needed.

**Customer Service**:

- Foster a customer-centric culture among the team, emphasizing the importance of providing exceptional service to shoppers and tenants.

**Vendor Management**:

- Collaborate with external service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of contracted services.

- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues to maintain high service standards.

**Budget Oversight**:

- Implement cost-effective measures without compromising service quality.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant laws.

- Stay informed about industry best practices and implement improvements as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a shopping center or similar environment.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Knowledge of facility management and soft service operations.

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards.

- Exceptional customer service orientation.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Previous experience in facility management, hospitality, or related field.
