Job Title: Male Secretary (Arabic and English Speaking)

**Job Description**:

Position Summary:

The Male Secretary will serve as a vital support function for the General Manager by efficiently managing administrative tasks and facilitating effective communication. Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is essential for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support:

- Manage the General Manager's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and reports as directed.

- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, documents, and records.

- Language Proficiency:

- Provide translation and interpretation services between Arabic and English as needed.

- Draft and translate documents, correspondence, and other materials accurately in both languages.

- Assist with communication between the General Manager and Arabic-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

- Office Management:

- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure equipment is in working order.

- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the General Manager and other staff when necessary.

- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as requested.

- Confidentiality and Professionalism:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

- Represent the General Manager professionally in all interactions, both internal and external.

- Uphold a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.

- Collaborative Support:

- Liaise with other departments and staff members to facilitate efficient workflow and communication.

- Assist in coordinating special projects, events, or initiatives as required.

- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a corporate setting.

- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision.

- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
