Junior Marketing Manager

Engineered is a Recruitment business focused on finding technical staff within the Tech, Engineering & Renewable Energy industries. We place a large emphasis on constantly adding value to our customers through innovative and experimental processes. We strive to recruit differently and adopt a "fail fast" approach. We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. We are wanting an avid A/B tester who is prepared to be agile in their approach and ensure the best possible outcome for everything they do. There is always more than one way to do something, and this role will require a visionary who is confident in their ability to discover alternative routes to Treasure Island. Our offices are situated in Bergvliet and we are currently operating on a hybrid work model. What you would get to do every day: Deliver our message to potential clients and candidates through various channels. Create engaging content for our social media, newsletters, paid advertising and website. Provide analytics and reporting on all marketing efforts. Assist the team with creative copywriting. Develop a marketing strategy in line with company vision and mission. Manage the day-to-day operations of the business. Assist the Director with growth strategy implementation. Required Experience Relevant Marketing Degree/Diploma 1-5 years' experience within a marketing position A solid understanding of paid advertising Experience working on newsletter campaigns will be advantageous. Strong organisational skills and the ability to think ahead and anticipate opportunities. This person must be curious by nature and should be hands on when it comes to problem solving. Our sleeves are always rolled up and our hands are always dirty.
