You dont have experience in sales but looking to get into the sales path? This is for you! We just need you to speak German and have sales attitude ! Our client is a world class provider of personalized marketing solutions. They offer high value/low cost branded marketing products to small and medium businesses through multiple channels, with low minimum order quantities and high levels of customer care. The Job: You will be required to sell a range of our client products toexisting customersthrough outbound telephone calling. No cold callingrequired . In doing so, you will provide the customers with an incredible service, whilst establishinglong-term customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Calling existing customers and generating increased sales
- Manage a database of unassigned accounts with associated Sales Revenue and Key Performance targets
- Ensure customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the customer of any new products
- Verifying the order and customer details on-line
- Achieve weekly individual sales targets
- Fluent in the required language: GERMAN
- Passionate about delivering customer service and managing customer expectations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent PC skills essential
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Working hours: M-F, 8am - 4.30pm; Friday 8am-4pm
- Salary 25000 plus bonus (10k) = 35000/year
