Your Future Role As a Business Advisor - Inside Sales, you will focus on nurturing and expanding relationship with your portfolio of existing customers. You will proactively reach out via outbound calls to understand their evolving needs, upsell and cross-sell relevant products all whilst providing an exceptional level of support to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty. This role is a Permanent Full-Time Position, working from home (WFH) within Australia and will report Inside Sales Manager. Your Responsibilities This role will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Conducting outbound and virtual calls to existing Thryv customers to grow and maintain current customer product offerings.
- Acquire and develop new business opportunities - both inbound and outbound calls.
- Achieve contact Centre KPI’s as set out by the business
- Achieve monthly sales targets as set out by the business
- Ensure acceptable workflow, close rates, and complete sales campaigns are achieved on time
- Ensure all benchmarks for revenue and customer numbers are met
- Adhere to activity requirements as directed by your manager
- Forecast expected sales return customer by customer to sales manager
- Ensure you comply with all Thryv policies & legislation with internal and external customers and complete compliance training
- Highly developed knowledge of the digital media landscape/market and SaaS
- Proven experience in achievement of sales targets
- Strong customer focus and customer relationship management skills
- Understanding of the Small-to-Medium Enterprise (SME) marketplace
- Comfortable working to strict deadlines
- Highly self-motivated and energetic
